Suggested Reading List for Risk & Money Management
The real money in trading is made with money management, aka position sizing, sometimes known as asset allocation. Once the trader can demonstrate an "edge", however large or small, then that edge can be exploited to dramatically grow a trading account. Without appropriate position sizing even traders with the best possible edge will not see substantial gains in their equity curve. To this end it is recommended the emerging trader become familiar with the following list.
